Admissions
Visit Prior to Admission
We recommend a parental visit to the daycare before enrolling your child. It will be an informal meeting for parents to get familiarized with the daycare and the environment. The visit also offers an opportunity for me to explain the daycare policies and learn about parental expectations of the facility. Please reach out to me to schedule a visit.
Forms and Fee Schedule
All the forms for enrollment are available on the website. You can hand deliver the filled forms or email them to tinybears2018@gmail.com.
Forms and Tuition payment to confirm placement:
After registration and payment of non-refundable registration fees, your child’s position is confirmed when you provide full tuition for the first month and the last month fee for the daycare year. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for the refund policies associated with the deposit and tuition. Your contract will specify your child’s days and hours of care.
Waitlist
Incase we are unable to offer a spot immediately to the child, parents have an option to add their child to the daycare waitlist program. When a family goes on the waitlist, they understand that Tinybears Daycare may have policy, procedure, and/or tuition changes between waitlist placement and enrollment at the daycare.
Steps for Joining the Waitlist
Fill out the Waitlist Interest Form available here
Fill out and turn in the Tinybears Daycare Enrollment Packet for your child; and
Turn in annual nonrefundable Registration Fee and the annual refundable daycare Deposit Fee
Factors of Waitlist in order of Priority
Your child’s waitlist position will be determined by:
Children interested in enrolling in yearly program will be given preference over monthly program
The date you turned in completed Enrollment Packet and fees
Whether your child is a sibling of a currently enrolled student
Whether you are a returning family or alumni family
Whether your child’s age matches Tinybear Daycare available spot
Whether your child’s schedule request matches Tinybear Daycare availability
Explanation of Waitlist Priority
Priority for enrollment goes first to siblings of currently enrolled students, then to returning families including alumni, and then to new students. When we call a waitlisted family to let them know a spot has become available, that family has twenty-four (24) hours to either accept or decline the spot. After that twenty-four (24) hour period has lapsed, we will call the next family on the waitlist, based on the priority criteria detailed above.
